In ArbitrageScanner's celebrity wallet compilations, I analyzed Arthur Hayes' wallets. Upon entering one wallet, I observed a coin with unrealized profits of $109k, which was $Pendle, purchased back in 2021.
Subsequently, I began monitoring the activity of Pendle Finance's wallet. My attention was drawn to a significant transaction where 1 million PENDLE (~$4 million) was transferred from the wallet to Binance.
After 1 million PENDLE was transferred to Binance, I noticed that the token's price was being dumped. This indicated that someone was selling a large amount of tokens, leading to a price drop. Seeing the dip in PENDLE's price, I saw it as an excellent buying opportunity. I invested $30,000, expecting the price to recover after the selling pressure subsided. I was confident in its recovery as Pendle Finance is backed by several prominent investment funds and partners: ParaFi Capital, CMS Holdings, Alameda Research, DeFiance Capital, HashKey Capital, Arca.
I started monitoring large transactions and noticed that Arca's sub-wallet (a hedge fund) with a balance of approximately $14.5 million withdrew 3 assets totaling $8.12 million from Binance in the last 10 hours, including 507,996 $PENDLE ($1.83 million).
This was a strong signal that major players might start accumulating, which in turn fueled the price increase.
Results
Thanks to these observations and timely purchase, I earned a 25% return on my investment.
