Why is it important to be on trend?
Let's consider the profitability indicator between two assets from different sectors - Figure 1.

Pay attention to the difference in profitability between these two assets at local highs, assuming they were purchased at the same time:
- For DOT, it's +178%;
- For OM, it's +3723%.
The ROI between these two assets will differ by a factor of 20! That is:
With an investment in DOT of $1000, the return will be $1780 (+178%);
With an investment in OM of $1000, the return will be $37,230 (+3723%).
